One that is proven to get first meetings with senior people in the worlds largest organizations. I'll hand you the first email sequence to send, the script for the first 'Scoping Call' (for you or an outsourcer), the essential open and close script for the Executive briefing and we'll work on the correct format of the content piece of the briefing so you aren't just giving away free information. If all you did was get this nailed in the 3 days it would be worth a minimum of £100k per annum for you.

Here's What To Expect When You Get Here
- Arrive at the cottage using your own transport Monday Evening for a welcome dinner (or 8AM Tuesday morning)
- You can fly into Cardiff Wales Airport or train to Cardiff Central Station (By Monday @3PM) where you will be collected and dropped off to the private cottage.
- Your room will be a luxury twin or double depending on allocation. You will be offered the opportunity to bring a second person from your company for a minimal investment.
- All food and drinks will be included, and we’ll even have a private chef on-hand to create some gorgeous evening meals (if you have any special dietary requirements please let me know in advance).
- During your stay you can make full use of the facilities in the cottage since it will be your home for the next 3 days…so relax, and get to work in style.
- If you are anything like me you'll need some time to 'ponder'on what we have discussed. There will be plenty of time to take in a walk in some of the most beautiful scenery in the World or even bring your mountain bike for some head clearing speed.

As far as the set “business itinerary” goes, here’s what I have planned for you during our one-on-one sessions over the 3 days:
Day 1: Your Sales Strategy X-Ray
On Day 1 you’ll meet with me one-on-one and we’ll do a DEEP dive into everything you’ve got going on in your sales process right now - you’ll lay it all out for me, warts and all! We’ll look at everything you’re working on, the results you’re currently getting, the results you want in the near future, all the projects and ideas you’re considering… and we’ll just get everything out into the open.
This process of laying everything out alone will be hugely beneficial to you because you’ll be getting everything out of your head and off your chest - trust me, you’ll feel a whole lot better at the end of this process.
Once it’s all laid out in front of me, I’ll then start to work on sifting through everything you’ve shared with me about your business in preparation for our next session.
And while you aren't having your Sales Strategy X=Ray you'll be working on developing and perfecting your unique 'Executive Briefing' process using the templates, playbooks and scripts I provide.
Day 2: Implementing Your System
On Day 2 the emphasis shifts to me working with you 1 on 1 to 'get stuff done'. We'll have 3 mini sessions throughout the day where we'll walk through a very specific part of the sales process and create a perfected approach specific for your business. Between sessions, you'll be finishing these off, getting my input, refining and then even implementing them.
As I mentioned earlier, some of the advice I give you at this stage may seem a "too easy" and some might even sting a little!, but as we talk it though and I show you what’s possible, I guarantee you’ll start to seeing things differently…
and you’ll feel like a huge weight is being lifted off your shoulders with a renewed sense of excitement and confidence.
My goal is to get you thinking MUCH bigger for your business by showing you the opportunities that you’re currently not seeing clearly in your sales system.
Day 3: Perfecting Your System
Day 3 carries on the good work of Day 2. The day will be separated out into mini sessions with me followed by you actually completing and implementing the things we have developed.
All Days: Shared Knowledge
On each day there will be at least 1:
- Content Session: Where I give you what I think is the most valuable content pieces for the group to get the results you are looking for
- Shared 'deep - dive' - we'll get together as a group at least once per day to review the work you have done. The work someone else has done will bring massive'ah ha' moments for you because you are almost certainly making the same mistakes! You'll also get to share my thought process as I do 'tear downs' on all of your sales material before we, as a group, build them back up again!
- Shared lunch and dinner - these are fantastic opportunities to ask questions and share your learnings with other high level consultants. Develop your support network and gain insights from the collective wisdom of at least 5 other professionals - just like you.
